Borataş BLT130 Mobile Tertiary Crushing and Screening Unit
The BLT130 can be fed directly by a Mobile Primary Impact Crusher Unit
with materials reduced to 150mm or independently with external feed materials
not exceeding 150mm. It is designed to produce fine materials such
as 0-4mm or 0-5mm. The vibrating screen mounted on the mobile chassis is
available with 2, 3, or 4 decks, tailored to meet customer requirements.
When integrated with a mobile crushing and screening unit, this system is
ideal for producing 200-300 t/h of concrete or asphalt aggregate.
Temporary quarry sites require relocation upon project completion. Compared
to stationary plants, mobile systems offer significant cost and time
advantages for transportation. Due to their ease of transport, lower logistics
costs, and rapid setup time by a single operator, these systems are a valuable
